Internet sensation Gloria Ntazola has urged her followers to embrace authenticity and live life on their own terms.

In a statement shared via her Instagram stories on Friday, March 3, 2026, the bubbly businesswoman asked her fans to stop holding back, step out confidently, and show up as their true selves without fear of judgment, noting that no one is making out this life alive.

“Trust me, nobody is making it alive from this life. Please go out and be yourself,” Ntazola Gloria stated.

This comes days after Gloria Ntazola made it clear that she has no intention of shaping her life to meet online expectations, regardless of the pressure that comes with public attention.

In a message shared on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, March 26, 2026, she dismissed the idea that online users have any control over how she lives, firmly pushing back against the constant scrutiny that comes with being in the public eye.

“Go look up to your parents. I can’t stop living my life because I need to raise a stranger on the internet,” Gloria Ntzola stated.

Lesson on friendship

This comes months after Gloria Ntazola advised people to rethink how they view friendships, noting that not everyone around them truly values them for who they are.

In an Instagram post, the cosmetician encouraged her followers to review their phone contacts and reflect on who would genuinely stand by them if they lost everything.

“Hey, check your phone. Go through your contacts; roughly, you have 100 plus people. Many of you call friends, some family members and the rest are random strangers you don’t even remember. Now ask yourself if today you lost everything,” she wrote.

She pointed out that many people have large contact lists filled with acquaintances and suggested that it is important to consider who would actually show up in times of need, whether by offering support, food, shelter, or even a simple check-in.

“On that list, who is coming to your aid. Who will house you when you’re jobless? Who can feed you without complaining that you are a burden? Who will laugh with you when you are broke and worthless, since everything boils down to money? Who calls to check up if you’re okay?” she added.

Gloria Ntazola also described life as challenging and competitive, comparing it to a jungle where only the strong manage to push through. She noted that fairness is not always guaranteed and that people often need to build their own support systems.

She further cautioned that not everyone is genuine, saying many people hide their true intentions behind a front, and advised lowering expectations in relationships.

“You are only great to people when you are beneficial. People love you for what you do for them, not who you are. Life is such a jungle; only the strong will survive, and the weak will perish. There’s no justice or fairness in this life. You have to create your own justice. People are not exactly who you think they are. Everyone is wearing a mask, and it’s just a matter of time before you get to understand what exactly is hidden behind the mask. So lower your expectations,” Ntazola said.

“You have to fight your way through life. Maybe you delete those contacts, maybe you should walk alone, maybe you should ask God to put you together,” she added.
