Content creator and comedian 2Mbili has apologised to his girlfriend, Jackie Ogaga, amid growing speculation that their long-term relationship may be facing strain.

Speaking in a video shared online on Monday, January 12, 2026, 2Mbili addressed Jackie directly, acknowledging mistakes on his part and expressing a desire for peace as he enters a new phase of his life.

“I just want to apologise to her and tell her I’m sorry for everything,” he said. “It has not been an easy ending for 2025.”

In the clip, 2Mbili reflected on personal growth, accountability, and the need to prioritise inner peace as he turns 33. He admitted that the past year had been difficult, hinting at challenges that tested both him and the relationship.

“Man is to error,” he said, adding that he no longer wants chaos or unnecessary conflict in his life. “In my 33, I don’t want to do much. I just want to be happy. I want more peace. I want to be real.”

The creator noted that while every person has their own journey, his own has come with lessons that have shaped how he now views love, loyalty, and personal responsibility.

Five-year relationship

2Mbili confirmed that he and Jackie have been together for nearly five years, describing the relationship as one marked by commitment and loyalty.

“We are counting almost five years now,” he told his audience. “For the past years we’ve been together, we’ve celebrated so many years.”

He went on to praise Jackie for standing by him throughout that period, singling out her loyalty as something he deeply values.

“She’s been loyal for so many years. A lot of things do happen, but she rises,” he said, thanking her publicly for staying committed despite challenges.

Rumours and silence

The apology comes amid online rumours suggesting the couple may have broken up, though neither 2Mbili nor Jackie has officially confirmed a split. Breakup speculation swirled after the two unfollowed each other on Instagram, triggering widespread discussion among fans.

2Mbili, however, appeared hopeful that his message would reach her.

“She will hear the sound. I know she’s watching,” he said.

As 2mbili celebrated his birthday, he framed his apology as part of personal growth rather than damage control, signalling a desire to protect what matters most to him going forward.

“I’m growing,” he said. “Allow me to appreciate my special person, Jackie.”
