Zuchu demonstrated her motherly instincts as she stepped in to console Diamond Platnumz’s daughter Princess Tiffah who was crying during a boat trip.
Diamond, Zuchu, Tiffah, Nillan and other family members were aboard the luxurious Kilimanjaro V ferry which plies between Dar es Salaam in mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar island.
Tiffah, who was seated next to her brother Nillan, broke down in tears during the trip as she was scared of the Indian Ocean waves.
Zuchu left her seat next to Diamond and went to console Tiffah, assuring her that she was very safe.
“Twende mum. You know it’s fun it’s just like a yacht… she’s scared. It’s just like a yacht the one that you went with bibi it’s not dangerous,” Zuchu told Tiffah as she took her from her seat and made her sit next to her father Diamond.
Zuchu in her wise wisdom exchanged seats with Tiffah, allowing her to sit next to her father Diamond which made her feel less worried.
“You are not going to drown. Are you going to try and take a nap? what do you want to eat? Don’t cry. You don’t want to eat anything? Just try and take a nap,” Zuchu tried to reassure Tiffah that she was safe sitting next to her dad.
Blended family
Zuchu in October 2023, underscored that she understood her sweetheart Diamond has children with other women and insisted that she would be a blended family.
Speaking to Refresh-Media, Zuchu expressed her understanding of Diamond’s commitment to his children and the respect she has for that aspect of his life.
The ‘Sukari’ hitmaker said that she knew Diamond had kids with other women when they started dating.
“Niliujua Diamond alikuwa na watoto tulipoanza kudate na nilijua kuwa atakuwa katika maisha yao,” Zuchu explained.
She emphasized that co-parenting is an essential part of their lives and that it is not an issue because when one has kids they will be in their lives no matter what happens.
“Ni lazima wazazi wenza wawepo till the day they day and even after that they would still be family., they are family, it was not an issue because when one has kids they will be in their lives, they never hugged nor kissed, I just saw two parents who were celebrating their kids,” she noted.
When asked about her role in Diamond’s children’s lives, Zuchu responded;
“All the praises go to the parents, we are just family from a distance.”
