Citizen TV presenter Willis Raburu and his fiancée Ivy Namu have been blessed with their second child together.
The two on Monday, September 12, 2022, jointly announced the birth of their daughter on their respective social media accounts.
“My daughter is here, safe and sound. She is beautiful and God is so good,” Ivy Namu captioned a photo of her newborn baby.
Willis Raburu shared a photo of his mother carrying his newborn daughter in the hospital. He accompanied his post with a praise and worship song to give thanks to God for his daughter’s birth.
It’s a special moment for Raburu as he welcomes his newborn daughter with his fiancée just a year after they were blessed with a son and two years after his ex-wife Marya Prudence lost their daughter at birth.
Marya and Raburu lost their daughter in January 2020 after experiencing complications during labour and had a stillbirth.
Raburu ultimately broke up with Marya and he hooked up with Ivy Namu.
Namu and Raburu were blessed with their first child – a son named Mali – on July 3, 2021.
The couple recently got engaged, he proposed to her on July 3, 2022, as they celebrated their son’s first birthday.
Raburu pulled all the stops to make the engagement memorable, including enlisting the help of Sol Generation’s Nvirii and Ben Soul to serenade his baby mama before popping the big question.
“You’re my love, my everything,” Raburu said before sliding the engagement ring on Namu’s finger as the audience cheered.
