Mumias East Member of Parliament Peter Salasya has finally addressed the ongoing feud between him and veteran socialite Huddah Monroe.

In a video shared on his Instagram account on Thursday, September 26, 2024, the youthful parliamentarian while addressing former radio host Andrew Kibe disclosed that the online altercation with Huddah is nothing serious adding that they are just having fun.

Additionally, Salasya asked Kibe to stop gaslighting adding that he has nothing personal with the beauty products entrepreneur the way the content creator puts it.

He went on to call out Kibe for double standards stating that the content creator first warned him about Huddah and after he publically revealed he had given up hitting on her, Kibe went ahead to call him a dreamer because the socialite is way above his league.

“I want to talk to someone called Andrew Kibe, number one you are an attention-seeker first of all you told me about the lady ukasema ya kwamba msichana achana na huyo tukasema tumeachana then after kuwachana tena unarudi bro ati huyu msichana yeye anakunywa sijui umeita champagne,”

Mimi kiongozi wacha nikuambie hii vipindi yote umeona hii imekuwa for fun and I have nothing very personal the way you put it,” Salasya said.

Salasya on dating

The humourous lawmaker further clarified that he is a single man and currently, he does not need a woman in his life.

However, when the time comes for him to have a life partner he will not beg for love since he has what it takes to make ladies fall for him.

Kwani mimi bado natafutana na wasichana kufanya nini? me sai I don’t need a woman and if i need a woman si nitaenda nanitachukuwa kwani nini ambayo sina yenyenitataka msichana na nishindwe?” Salasya stated.

Salasya vs Kibe

Salasya further agreed with Kibe that Huddah is way above his league but he warned the YouTuber against attacking him online stating that they are not equal, he is a leader while Kibe is a content creator.

He further said that he has the power to employ Kibe and enrol him in a monthly payroll program.

Salasya’s response comes after the former radio host called him out for chasing after Huddah who is way above his league.

Mimi nataka kuambia bwana Kibe you are very petty and attention-seeker, number two wewe ni content creator na mimi ni kiongozi on my on capacity na wewe bado hujaoa kama mimi yani we are all the same category. Kitu unaniambi ati yeye alianza kudrive Mercedes mimi nikivaa makoti mrefu mrefu it is acceptable ni ukweli

Lakini remember ata wewe ulikuja kwa hii industry hapa Nairobi kitambo kabla niingie lakini sahizi naweza kupanga naweza kukuweka kwa mshahara kwa sababu niko na biashara zangu ambazo zinaweza kukuweka wewe kwa mshahara so their is no way unaweza nidharau. Focus on contents za YouTube yako lakini wachana na mimi,”he added.
