Pritty Vishy reveals weight gain after stopping Ozempic
By Valerian Khakayi, August 17, 2025Digital content creator and influencer Purity Vishieno, also known as Pritty Vishy, has opened up about her weight changes, revealing that she has gained weight after stopping Ozempic.
Taking to her Instagram, the content creator, who has been documenting her journey ever since she embarked on a body transformation, disclosed that she has added 5 kg after stopping Ozempic shots due to medication from her cosmetic surgery.
She admitted that the changes in her body are noticeable, especially the stretch marks on her arms, which become more visible whenever she adds weight and fade slightly when she sheds it.
Despite the slight weight gain, Vishy maintained that she has not lost control of her health and is almost done with her post-surgery medication. She also assured her fans that she will soon resume her weight management journey.

“Yes, can you spot my stretch marks on my arms? They appear visible when I add weight and disappear a little when I lose weight,” she said.
“I have only added 5 kg since I stopped Ozempic, and the reason is because of the meds after the surgery, yooooh I have eaten, but I’m almost done and soon I am going back for my weight.”

Cosmetic surgery
The content creator has undergone cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction.
Ozempic
This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.
Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.

“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.
That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.
“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.
