Radio presenter Mzazi Willy M Tuva visited broke music producer Magix Enga at his base in Nakuru on a mission to lend him a helping hand.
Tuva insisted on the need to bring Enga back to the game after the celebrated music producer fell from grace to grass.
The popular radio presenter highlighted his mission’s key objectives, revealing that he discussed the cause of Magix Enga’s problems and the possible solutions.
“We visited Magix Enga at his hood in Nakuru with Bunny Asila. Our objective is to bring back Magix’s magic. He introduced us to his brothers, friends and got the opportunity to witness a talent showcase. We discussed the problem and worked on a solution,” Mzazi Willy Tuva said.
Broke celebrities
Magix Enga is among at least nine Kenyan celebrities who fell flat broke in 2023.
The broke music producer came out to publicly plead for financial assistance in October 2023.
The music producer lamented that poverty had attacked him like armed robbers, denying him the ability to fend for himself and those who depend on him.
“Right now I have a one-month-old baby boy who is depending on me. I tried to pull myself together but the studio I was working was shut down because of rent issues,” Magix Enga lamented.
“Our president Dr. William Samoei Ruto I can urge you to please help me in whatever support you can starting from the music industry to my colleagues,” he added.
Eric Omondi, who has been leading philanthropic initiatives to help Kenyans in financial distress, refused to come to the rescue of the broke music producer.
The comedian-turned-philanthropist while speaking during an interview with a local news outlet said he was aware of Magic Enga’s situation but he chose to steer clear of him because of his links with satanic cult, Illuminati.
