YouTuber Mungai Eve was roasted for violating the dress code at Akothee’s wedding as she showed up at Windsor Golf Hotel while skimpily dressed.

According to the invitation card, guests were instructed to dress elegantly with a touch of gold. They were also warned not to wear white outfits.

“Dress code: Elegant (best with a touch of gold). No white,” the instruction on the invitation card reads.

It seemed as if Mungai Eve and her boyfriend Director Trevor were unaware of the instructions on the dress code as they showed up at Akothee’s wedding dressed casually.

Eve wore a sleeveless pink mini-dress while her boyfriend rocked a white t-shirt with jeans trouser.

Sorry, it won’t happen again

Mungai Eve apologised for dressing skimpily at Akothee’s wedding against the stipulated dress code but nonetheless claimed that it was not her fault.

The 23-year-old YouTuber explained that she didn’t know about the dress code rule because she was only given the invitation card at the gate.

Poleni wadau next time hope sitapata invitation card kwa gate, sitawaangusha!” She wrote.

Eric Omondi

Comedian Eric Omondi also violated the dress code as he turned up at Akothee’s wedding in an all-white outfit.

From his reaction while speaking to vloggers, it was clear that Eric was unaware that guests were instructed not to wear white outfits.

The comedian arrived at the venue on foot claiming that he had given out his chopper to his colleague Eddie Butita.
