Kenyan content creator Milly Chebby has fired back at a group of her fans who have been launching harsh comments her way after her husband, YouTuber Terence Creative, gifted her a Toyota Vitz for her birthday.
Taking to her Instagram page on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, the content creator told her critics that they could never truly understand the struggles she and Terence have faced to appreciate why she’s celebrating such a gift.
In her retort, Milly made it clear that the couple already owns two cars, both of which were bought using their own savings.
For her, receiving a car from her husband as a gift was a significant moment, regardless of its price.
“God knows how far Terence Creative and I have come. Our second and third cars were bought with savings from various hustles, and God provided. Just the fact that God has enabled him to buy me a Toyota Vitz is a huge blessing for us,” she shared.
Unapologetic
The mother of one, who set the video of her telling off those mocking her to a gospel song, made it clear she felt no need to apologize for celebrating the car, despite how others might feel about it.
Milly pointed out that what truly mattered to her was how far God had brought them, lifting them from humble beginnings. She urged the critics to stop and allow them to enjoy their milestones.
“I’m not sorry, my friend. From where God has taken us, we have every right to celebrate even our smallest victories. God, thank you for blessing my husband,” she remarked.
Milly further shaded the fans, saying they would never truly understand their journey, recalling that just five years ago, even something as simple as a birthday cake was a distant dream.
“Five years ago, even a simple birthday cake seemed impossible. Thanks for the congratulatory messages. I’m happy, blessed, and favored,” she expressed.

The content creator, who won Digital Creator of the Year in 2023, was celebrating her birthday when she shared a heartwarming video of her husband surprising her with the car.
In the video, Terence is seen pampering her with a spa makeover, then picking her up in their Toyota Prado to take her to the surprise location.
It was there that Terence unveiled the blue Toyota Vitz, tied with a huge red ribbon across the bonnet, leaving Milly jumping for joy.
In her words, Milly thanked Terence, admitting she wasn’t expecting such a surprise, given their strict financial plans for 2025.
“God did it, babe. I’m beyond grateful for this beautiful gift. Honestly, I wasn’t ready for this, knowing the plans we have with our finances, but as you always say, God can provide for everything at once. You amaze me every day,” she said.
