Samidoh is seemingly wooing back his estranged wife Edday Nderitu who has been in the US since May 2023.
The musician in his latest song dubbed ‘Wendo Witu’ (Our Love) holds himself accountable for his wife’s departure.
“Clearly, I’m to blame for our failed love and it pains me that you left,” he sings.
He further pleaded with his estranged wife to go back home.
“I’ve been sorry and I still love you. I still hold my promises to you. To take care of you as I assured your parents. Please come back home, let’s raise our babies together.”
Karen Nyamu reacted to Samidoh’s song while responding to a Facebook user who drew her attention to her baby daddy’s latest move.
“Umeskia wendo witu by Samidoh akiimbia Eddy, I love the vocals,” Njambi Wa Dee told Karen Nyamu.
In a quick rejoinder, Karen Nyamu suggested she was not threatened by the move noting that polygamy was unavailable.
“Njambi Wa Dee polygamy bado mnaona mkiepuka lol,” she wrote.
Edday opposes polygamy
Edday Nderitu in late July 2023 clarified that her marriage to Samidoh was over because of his involvement with Karen Nyamu.
The mother of three, who moved to the US with all her children in early May 2023, said in a post on social media that she was not in a polygamous marriage as she had left her husband to ‘whoever needed him more’.
“Lemmie clarify few things that were shared online and not accurate…… I am not in any polygamous marriage as stated I left the husband for whoever needed him more,” Edday wrote on Facebook in part.
Edday explained that she decided to leave Samidoh in order to protect their teen daughter who was a direct recipient of an ‘unbelievable behaviour’ displayed.
“I made a decision to remove myself and my kids from that toxic environment especially my teen daughter who unfortunately is direct recipient of unbelievable behavior displayed …” She added.
The mother of three additionally revealed that she had so far managed to sustain her children without any help.
“I have managed to sustain my kids needs so far with no help and I am not regretting any bit of it. About communication and video calls I will leave that one there since some people seems to be present when that is happening but I’m not aware.“
Edday humbly requested to be left out of the dramas now that she is starting a new episode of her life.
“In this new season of my life I don’t need any drama, I need peace only ,I hope next episode of this series my name will be left out. nothingbutprayers #powerofprayers,” she wrote.
