Kamene Goro set the record straight about how she relates with her former radio colleagues including Andrew Kibe, Jalang’o and Obinna.
Speaking during an interview with a local news outlet, Kamene addressed accusations of having a thing with former male colleagues.
“When you started creating your content with Obinna, people were saying look at the way this guy is just waiting for Kamene and Bonez to waachane then Obinna comes in,” the interviewer commented.
Responding to the comment, Kamene said Obinna wasn’t the only former colleague she was linked with romantically, saying that there were similar cases with Andrew Kibe and Jalang’o.
However, Kamene stressed that she had never ever had a romantic relationship with her three former male colleagues.
The media personality added that she only has a platonic relationship with Obinna and Jalang’o.
“It started when I was working with Kibe then it became when I was with Jalas, and then now it was Obinna and I am ‘guys!’. I actually have more male friends than I have female friends and we have some really good friendships. Like I have know Obinna for a very long time, same way I have known Jalang’o for a very long time. And guess what guys, we are just friends. Haijawai pita yani anything ever ever yani we homies,” Kamene stressed.
Body count
Kamene Goro has been very open about her private life. She candidly talked about her body count in the past.
On August 27, 2018, Kamene sent shockwaves across the country when she confessed that she had slept with 27 men at only 26 years of age.
Kamene made the confession during a session dubbed True or False in a whiskey Challenge at NRG studios together with Andrew Kibe and Prezzo.
“Let’s not judge me. My body count stands at 27 as we speak,” Kamene Goro, who was 26 years old at the time, confessed.
However, Kamene in June this year was rattled by an irritating question about her past when a journalist asked her if her body count had gone up in the presence of her husband DJ Bonez.
The media personality and her husband held a press conference ahead of their gig in Mombasa and they invited questions from journalists.
Kamene stormed out of the interview after she was asked about her body count.
