Excitement as actor Maqbull set for radio comeback
By Naomi Njoroge, April 27, 2021Actor ‘Buli’ Mohammed popularly known as Maqbull is coming back to your airwaves.
His Instagram post captioned “…..loading 😏” gave excited his followers and gave a hint that the actor will be back on your airwaves 2 years after quitting Capital Fm.
Maqbull had worked with Capital FM for 12 years before quitting where he hosted the Breakfast984 alongside TV sensational Amina Abdi Rabar.
He took to the internet to announce his exit saying:
“Not sure how to sum up 12 years of your life with people who eventually turned family and a place you called home but let’s try go through the memories today #myjourney@capitalfmkenya#12yearsaslave” wrote Maqbull.
The actor was replaced by Nation FM Fareed Khimani who worked with Amina before she left the station.
Maqbull has been a cast for many films including NTV Comedy-drama Auntie Boss and The Crime and Justice among others.
