Gloria Ntazola reveals she spent Ksh900K on her cosmetic surgery
By Ascah Mwango, November 26, 2025Internet sensation and beauty entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has revealed that she spent a whopping Ksh900,000 on cosmetic surgery during a recent trip to Nigeria.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Ntazola shared a detailed breakdown of her expenses on Instagram, giving her followers a glimpse into the cost of beauty abroad.
She explained that the trip included a flight and visa that cost Ksh285,000, while her hotel stay for four days in the upscale Banana Island area was Ksh47,000 per night.
The surgery itself was Ksh900,000, and she spent 16 days in hospital aftercare, paying Ksh 13,000 per night. Additional expenses, including shopping, personal items, and other utilities, amounted to over Ksh600,000, which Ntazola said reflected her tendency to spend freely.
“I’ll share with y’all everything you need to know. It’s affordable. Flight ticket visa 285k. Hotel where I stayed 4 days before surgery was paying 47k a night, that’s in Banana Island, it’s a bit expensive!! Surgery itself is 900k. Staying at the hospital for 16 days, after care you pay 13k per night. Other utilities, shopping and buying stuff and extra expenditures were over 600k because I’m a spendthrift,” Ntazola stated.
Post-surgery care
The bubbly content creator emphasised that staying in the clinic for the full 16 days was optional. She chose to remain longer for massages and post-surgery care.
“It’s not a must to stay at the clinic for that long; you can leave once you feel like you’re good on your own. I stayed long because of the draining and the massages. You can get a B&B but nobody will come there to look after you!! Life on the island is a bit expensive compared to the mainland. But there are many docs around. I forgot to include the garments. Please do your maths right and plan yourself; it’s something you can do. I forgot to include the lip fillers I did in a different clinic. The lipo clinic you pay in dollars, not naira or shillings.” Ntazola stated.
This comes just days after she shared her decision to get lip fillers, explaining that the enhancements are part of her commitment to personal grooming and professional branding.
“I’m in the cosmetics industry, I just don’t sell body lotions. I want to venture into other things related to cosmetics. Please, I need to look sharp. Don’t expect me to look like someone in the mechanical engineering fields.”
