Cassypool expresses confidence in winning 2027 Nairobi gubernatorial race

Speaking to YouTubers Trudy Kitui and Vickie Vickinah on Monday, July 21, 2025, Cassypool emphasised that this spiritual foundation is what fuels his drive and prepares him for the immense responsibility of governing Nairobi.
He told his fans that he has been on a profound journey of faith, one that has shaped not only his character but also his vision for the future.
He acknowledged that those who have followed his career and personal life have witnessed a significant transformation, highlighting that his deep love for God has been the catalyst for these changes.
“I have been on a journey of faith, and you, my friends, have seen this journey. You have witnessed the great changes I am going through. Loving God changes your life. And in 2027, by God’s grace, subanawaataalam (God willing), I will become the governor of Nairobi. Everything is achieved because of God.”
Other milestones
Beyond his political aspirations, Cassypool revealed several other milestones he anticipates achieving within the year.
Among these is the anticipated appointment as an ambassador of goodwill to Tanzania, a role that he believes will broaden his influence and enable him to foster stronger ties between the two East African nations.
He expressed pride in this prospective diplomatic position, attributing it entirely to divine intervention.
“Because of Allah, before this year ends, you will also see me appointed as ambassador to Tanzania, that is, ambassador of goodwill, because of God,” he added.
In addition to these ambitions, Cassypool disclosed plans to inaugurate a large bungalow before the year concludes, inviting his supporters to join him in celebrating this personal achievement.
This milestone, he suggested, symbolises not just personal success but also a foundation for greater community engagement and leadership.
“All you who have been close to me know, and I have been making big steps lately. Before this year ends, you will see the large bungalow that I will invite you to come and open,” Cassypool added.
Furthermore, Cassypool, who has since built a good friendship with Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu, envisages becoming a trusted advisor to presidents of various countries.
He noted that it should not come as a shock when he is seen meeting prominent heads of state, expressing his faith that Allah’s favour is upon him.
“Also, before this year ends, presidents of many countries will be calling me to give advice on many matters.”
Throughout his message, Cassypool continually credited his faith in God as the bedrock of all his successes and aspirations. He urged his followers to recognise that true accomplishment stems from a combination of spiritual devotion, hard work, and the support of those around them.
“No one who trusts Allah is put to shame or does not make it in life. And that is what I would advise to many people.”
