Aunty Molly denies dating Harmonize
By Ascah Mwango, September 16, 2025Fitness influencer Aunty Molly has come out to deny claims that she is dating Tanzanian singer Harmonize.
Speaking during an Instagram live session on Monday, September 15, 2025, Molly clarified that Harmonize is not her lover but a close relative.
She explained that he is both her uncle from her father’s side and her cousin from her mother’s side, which makes him family.
“He is my uncle from my dad’s side. Also, from my mom’s side, his mom is my mom’s sister, which makes him like my cousin. So that means he is my cousin uncle, that is what he is to me,” she said.
Fleeting romances
Her statement comes days after Harmonize publicly introduced her on September 10, 2025. The introduction was met with curiosity, especially since in July 2025, the artiste had also introduced another woman named Malaika.
Earlier in the year, Harmonize had announced that he was dating fellow artiste Abigail Chams. The two were seen spending time together in different places, including the studio, at clubs, in the pool, and even sharing car rides. They also collaborated on music.
At the time, Harmonize defended their relationship and warned critics against speaking negatively about Abigail. He expressed his affection publicly, emphasising that he was deeply invested in the relationship.
“I do not want to hear my name or my wife mentioned negatively. You all; blogs, media, do not mention my girl with any negativity. I’m emotional, but my girl is too emotional. I love her,” Harmonize expressed.
In June 2025, the Single Again hitmaker opened up about being weary of short-lived romances and shared his wish for a more meaningful, lasting relationship.
On June 6, 2025, through his Instagram page, he revealed that he is done with casual love stories and hopes, with God’s guidance, to build a lifelong bond with the right person.
“Kiukweli kabisa hizi story za mapenzi zimenichosha. I just wanna do life with someone, inshallah,” he wrote, reflecting his desire to move beyond fleeting romances and find a partner to share his life with.
Loosely translates as: “Honestly, I’m tired of these love stories; I just want to do life with someone, God willing.”
