Sifuna maintains lead as most preferred Nairobi senatorial candidate – TIFA

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna remains the most preferred senatorial candidate in Nairobi, a poll by Tifa shows.

The survey shows Sifuna has an approval rating of 47 percent compared to his closest rival, United Democratic Alliance’s (UDA) Margaret Wanjiru who had 19 percent.

According to the polls released on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, Sifuna’s rating rose from 27 percent in June to 47 percent whereas Wanjiru’s rating rose to 19 percent in August from 9 percent in June.

Other candidates maintained a 1 percent popularity whereas undecided voters were at 33 percent.
