MP Silvanus Osoro breaks silence after his car was involved in road accident

South Mugirango Member of Parliament Silvanus Osoro survived a road accident after his vehicle collided with a 14-seater matatu on Sunday, July 31.

In photos, seen by K24 Digital, Osoro’s Toyota Prado collided head-on with the vehicle operated by K Trans Sacco. Both the vehicles were badly damaged.

Confirming the accident, the first-term MP said nobody was hurt during the incident.

“Am fine folks..,no injuries. Matatu driver is fine too. Wacheni calls (stop calling). We’ve dusted ourselves na tumerudi ground (We are back to work),” Osoro said in a brief statement shared on Facebook.

The vocal United Democratic Alliance (UDA) legislator is said to have been on a campaign trail at the time of the accident.

The MP, seeking a second term in office, broke his silence after photos of the accident started going viral on social media.
