Murang’a gubernatorial aspirant and former Housing Principal secretary Irungu Nyakera has been captured in an amateur video assaulting her sister.

This follows a heated exchange between him and the sister only identified as Njoki Wambui.

Taking to her Facebook page after the video went viral, Wambui revealed that she has suffered for a long time in silence.

“I have been thrown out of my house with my child in broad daylight. He brought his bodyguard to the premises and they both beat me up,” Wambui stated.

In the video, the Kenya Kwanza principal is heard quarrelling with the sister over the ownership of land and the premises on it.

Wambui is heard defending herself stating that everyone has seen her build the houses.

“Are you the one who built these houses? Is it yours?” she asked him.

Irungu Nyakera is then heard asking her whether she indeed built the houses and questions whether the land belongs to her.

Wambui would then disclose that Irungu has allegedly been stealing from his siblings and mistreated them more when he was still a PS.

The scenes got ugly when another man surfaced and forcefully holds her hand as the altercation gets worse.

At that point, Wambui is heard asking him to let go of her hand in vain while detailing further how Irungu allegedly stole from them.

She slapped the man which then prompted Irungu to slap her.
