If by now you are not aware of what Eric Omondi has been doing, you need to make good use of social media.

The comedian gave the government a 7-day ultimatum to straighten up a few things. One, he demanded that youths should be given jobs and two, presidential aspirants Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto to give the youth a clear plan of how they will handle the youth issue once either of them gets to presidency.

‘This time around, they will listen to us by force by fire. There will be no election. We will call upon all young people to boycott the elections by burning their voting cards and national IDs in protest,” Eric wrote.

The self-proclaimed president of comedy has now shared a video where he was dipped in sewage saying that the youth need to take back ‘their’ country by taking up leadership positions.

“We must drain the sewer that is the status quo of leadership in this country. We must clear the stench of corruption. We must clean up the garbage of impunity. Calling on all young people to take back our country,” he wrote.

In the video where he was burning his identity card, a number of his followers were not impressed and demanded that the comedian be arrested.
