Comedian Eddie Butita has responded to ex-radio host and food blogger Miss Mandi’s public apology.
This is after she trended for all the wrong reasons following her statement on ‘accountability’ that drew the attention of her former colleague at One FM who accused her of bullying and which saw netizens unearth a savage reply she left for Butita who was seeking a job at Capital FM.
Reacting to her apology, Butita says he has accepted it and wished the former radio presenter well in her endeavours.
“Apology accepted. Ambieni Miss Mandi nimemsamehea, I wish her well,” he wrote on his Insta-stories.
Mandi had apologised for ‘unintentionally’ hurting people she had interacted with but maintained that she could not recall any moment she bullied them.
“I feel terrible that some of my actions could have caused some of those who have interacted with me such distress because that is not who I am now or what I stand for,” she said in a statement.
