Gospel artiste Justina Syokau famed for her hit song ‘Twendy Twendy’ has said that she is ready to work with politicians and anyone outside the gospel music industry.

Speaking on Friday, January 21, during an early morning radio talk show, Justina said 2022 is her year of earning by the sweat of her brow.

Niko tayari kufanya kazi kwa sababu ili tusikue mzigo kwa wengine. Ukiwa na event book me early, nilipe na nitashukuru,” she said.

The singer further pleaded with politicians to contract her in the event of opportunities in their campaigns.

Mwanasiasa we can work together. Naweza kukuchemshia road show na pia naweza kukutungia wimbo,” she added.

Her appeal for assignments and contracts from Kenyans comes after she pleaded for financial assistance in 2021 after being diagnosed with a skin ailment that led to an eventual hospitalisation which she said depleted her finances.

“I was broke, and I told my housekeeper to sell household items so we can raise funds. I sold my clothes and shoes to offset the hospital bill,” Justina said.
