The Assistant Director of Prosecutions Alexander Muteti did not object to their release on bail but sought to have the suspects given strict bond terms.

But Mr Muteti wants the court to impose conditions that Mr Waititu not to go back to his office starting Monday and deposit his travel document with the court.

He also urged the court to order the suspects not to interfere with the witnesses, either directly or indirectly or any exhibit that may be lying within the county government of Kiambu.
