Embakasi East MP Babu Owino recently told off former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale after claiming that the MP had got away with attempted murder after shooting DJ Evolve.

The former Senator also weighed in on the recent road rage involving singer Ringtone and blogger Robert Alai, claiming that he will get away with it courtesy of the ‘controversial Handshake deal’.

“Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino got away with attempted murder after shooting his victim. Robert Alai will certainly get away with this one. The amazing powers of the mighty Handshake,” Khalwale wrote.

In retaliation, Babu mocked Khalwale stating that he will never understand the law because he is a veterinary doctor, further urging him to get educated on matters law.

“You are a veterinary doctor, concentrate on treating chicken coz you will never understand law. For there to be an attempted murder there has to be an intention to murder hence there has to be malice aforethought. Get educated with your viscous/thick mind,” Babu responded.

Alai was on Friday, July 23 arrested after reportedly hitting Ringtone with a rungu after a minor road accident that escalated to a bitter altercation.

According to videos widely circulated on social media, the singer could be seen standing on top of his car while shouting at Alai who was holding a rungu.

It is alleged that the blogger rammed into Ringtone’s car leading to a confrontation.
