Former Tahidi High actor Peter Kamau Kinuthia popular known as Omosh has revealed that some of the people who pledged to send him money did not do so.

“There are some people who said they will send me money, but up to now I haven’t seen a shilling,” he said.

Omosh made the statement during a live TV interview on Friday, June 25 adding that he received less than Ksh1 million from Kenyans who came to his aid after he claimed to be sinking in debt and rent arrears.

The actors remarks were not taken lightly by comedian Felix Oduor who led Kenyans in lifting Omosh from debt when he hosted him on his show.

“Some people never learn! I can easily assure that Omosh got more than Ksh 1 Million from my show. In cash, he got more than Ksh700,000 plus the people who sent money directly to him!” Jalongo said through a post on his Instagram page.

Jalango further revealed that Omosh was given a parcel of land by a firm and another timber business built him house after he hosted him on his show two weeks ago.

“Ali Nur gave him food worth 60k and another 100k in cash! Hii si ni usjnga tu!” Jalango said.

In the TV interview, Omosh revealed that his fans think he is making a lot of money since he is famous when that is not the case.

“When you are famous, the fans think you are making a lot of money while in real sense you are making just enough,” Omosh said.
