DCI detectives are pursuing a man identified as David Kahi Ambuko alias ‘General’ for allegedly obtaining over Ksh26 million by false pretences in a fake tender scheme.
In a statement, DCI confirmed that the alleged man was posing as a member of staff in the Department of Defence.
The detectives have been issued with a warrant of arrest from Milimani Law Courts in Criminal Case No. 694/2018.
” David Kahi Ambuko alias ‘General’ is wanted by detectives following a warrant of arrest issued against him by Milimani Law Courts in Criminal Case No. 694/2018. The fugitive is wanted for obtaining over Sh26 million by false pretences in a fake tender scheme while posing as a member of staff in the Department of Defence,” DCI noted.
