Churchill show comedian Nasra Yusuf has confirmed that she is off the market following her recent wedding to a fellow comedian Rashid.

In a statement she wrote on her Instagram page, Nasra announced that she wedded on April 25.

“Oh yeah guys, on the 25th of April 2021 I got married to my best friend!” she announced on Instagram.

On the other hand, Rashid also took to his Instagram page where he penned an emotional message over their union.

He expressed gratitude to the Almighty and assured Nasra of his commitment to their marriage.

“I always thank Allah for uniting me and this beautiful woman Nasra. My heart was attracted to her 100 per cent without an iota of doubt that she is the right wife for me.

“I am grateful that the wishes of my heart have come to pass. I love you my wife and I promise to take care of you forever Inshallah,” wrote Rashid.

Their marriage comes two months after Nasra said yes to Rashid’s proposal.

In a video shared by Nasra in February, the couple were recorded embracing each other after Rashid proposed to her.

Elated Nasra took to her Instagram page to reveal she had said yes to Rashid’s proposal.

“I said yessssssssss to the love of my life.. my best friend!.. love you always @director_rashid,” she wrote.

Their marriage has been met with congratulatory messages from their fellow comedians and Kenyans at large.

Actor Abel Mutua reacted to Nasra’s announcement and wrote: ” Ahh! I like it. Congratulations to you beautiful people.”

Events company owner Chris Kirwa also wrote: “Congratulations guys. God bless and welcome to this side of life.”
