The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) on Thursday revealed that 37 people are under investigation for perpetrating violence in Narok South and Narok North sub-counties.
The violence that was witnessed this year left eight people and several houses set ablaze as two communities fought over a stolen cow.
NCIC chairman, Dr. Samuel Kobia, said that the commission would not relent in its bid to restore peace and sanity in the region.
He said the commission is focused to ensure that there will be no violence in the next General Election.
Dr. Kobia who was speaking in Narok town after a workshop with journalists warned that any Kenyan who will be found propagating hate speech would face the law regardless of their position in society.
The NCIC boss revealed that even musicians who propagate hatred will not be spared.
He said the commission has already summoned Njenga wa Muigai, who produced a song inciting people to prepare for chaos in the next General Election.
The commission has also since advocated for equal distribution of resources and national wealth as a means of ensuring that peace and unity are sustained.
