As President Kenyatta effects changes amidst the split in Jubilee, the party is also likely to get a new strong partner with Kalonzo Musyoka revealing that talks are at an advanced stage to join the Jubilee-Kanu coalition.

Kalonzo made the remarks on Monday during an interview at Citizen TV, saying that he is preparing for the future, including the 2022 General Election.

Already, Jubilee Party enjoys warm relations with Orange Democratic Movement with which they struck a truce in 2018 following the heated 2017 General Elections.

Jubilee Party has been rocked by internal wrangles as members seek to position for 2022 General Election.

However, the President has been keen on leaving a lasting and meaningful legacy hence his repeated calls for his party members to shelve politicking until 2022.
