Kenyan social media influencer Kenyan Prince has admitted that getting dumped is his biggest fear in a relationship.
During a Q&A segment discussing topics people often avoid in relationships, Prince, whose real name is Raymond Omosa, shared an introspective moment with his girlfriend.
He revealed that he has frequently considered the possibility that she might one day leave him, saving this honest thought for last in their conversation.
Leave me
“What is that thing you have always wanted to tell me but haven’t?” his girlfriend posed.
“I‘ve always wanted to tell you that I know you will leave me,” Prince responded with a wry smile, despite his girls’ pleas not to go personal.
“Smart people can always tell. I’m a smart person and can be able to tell what you’re thinking,” he added.
On further probing, Prince tactically and promptly left the topic slide by saying; “I’m not thinking about anything. Next question.”
However, the flamboyant content creator morphed into a somewhat diplomatic tone, this time dwelling on a hypothetical response regarding their future.
“Where do you see us in four years?” his girlfriend asked.
To which he responded saying; “Us? Sasa kama najua utaniacha, I see us broken. But if you stick with me and we get support from our fans we will go far.”
Break ups
Prince also dismissed any possibilities of playing the post-break-up clinging, outlining his ‘no friendship after break-up’ stance.
“No, I don’t think we can be friends after breaking up. I can’t be friends with my ex. What will we be talking about,” he interjected.
The tee-a-tee with the girlfriend left sections of netizens mesmerized. Specifically, Prince’s sentiments re-ignited the widely view of the modern couple commitments especially among young men/women who amass a little fortune at a young age.
At only 23 years of age, the self-proclaimed millionaire has a publicized lifestyle and the pressure it attracts including juggling a relationship.
