A man has sued former Internal Security minister George Saitoti’s widow Margaret Wanjiku Saitoti seeking to have her and her son Zachary Saitoti undergo a DNA test to prove who his biological parent is.
Sebastian Maina Ngunju who claims to be the biological father of Zachary, further wants the court to order that the results be forwarded to court as evidence.
Ngunju, who had filed a similar suit in Nakuru seven years ago, says the application is the only remaining legal avenue available for him to access his son after the previous legal and out-of-court process flopped.
“This case is the only remaining legal avenue available to me to access my son after the previous legal and out -of-court process attempts to settle the matter was thwarted by Margaret’s interference calculated at denying me and my family access to justice,” he said in court documents.
