Kenyan singer Brown Mauzo has hinted at another shot at ‘I do’ after his previous matrimonial misfire with socialite Vera Sidika.

The ‘Natamani’ hitmaker teased his Instagram followers, suggesting he’s ready to walk down the aisle again, this time with his new flame, Nancy Kabinga.

“This angel is giving me vibes to marry again. I confirm a big ceremony soon,” Mauzo shared.

Since Vera Sidika left the scene, Mauzo and Kabinga, have been serving a couple goals on the Internet.

The lovebirds just marked their first anniversary and Mauzo couldn’t help but gush about his better half. On July 8, 2024, he took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone, showering Kabinga with praises that would make even the most stoic hearts melt.

“Happy anniversary, my love @kabinga_jr. In you, I’ve found not just a best friend but also a confidant and my biggest cheerleader. Feeling blessed and super excited for our journey ahead. Here’s to many more, my angel!” Mauzo wrote.

Mauzo, Vera Sidika breakup

In August 2023, Mauzo took to social media to announce the end of his relationship with Vera.

The father of five penned a series of messages, updating his fans about their mutual decision to part ways amicably.

Mauzo expressed gratitude for the moments he and Vera Sidika shared during their time together.

“I wanted to take a moment to share some personal news. After much consideration, Vera Sidika and I have decided to part ways. Our journey together has been filled with unforgettable moments, but we have reached a point where it’s best for both of us and our babies, Asia Brown and Ice Brown, to move forward separately,” he shared.

The singer went on to thank their fans for the continuous support they received throughout their relationship.

“We want to thank you all for your unwavering love and support throughout our relationship. Your encouragement has meant the world to us. As we embark on this new chapter, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our privacy during this time,” he added.

Despite the separation, Brown Mauzo expressed fondness for the memories they had created together.

“Though our paths may diverge, we will always cherish the memories we’ve created together. We both remain grateful for the lessons learned and the growth we’ve experienced. Our focus now is on healing and embracing the future with open hearts. Thank you once again for being a part of our journey,” he concluded.

Point of no return

In May 2024, Vera revealed that there was zero chance of rekindling romance with her ex-husband saying that the boat had sunk.

In a Q&A session on her Instagram page, a curious fan probed into the idea of the two past lovers rekindling their romance and getting back together.

“Have you ever thought of maybe just maybe you and Mauzo would fix things, get back together respectively?” the fan posed.

Vera said she would never be interested in reconciling with the musician.
