Veteran musician David Mathenge widely known as Nameless has shared his wife Rosemary Wahu Kagwe’s throwback photo while she was still in campus at the University of Nairobi with a sweet message reminiscing their love journey.

Gushing over her beauty, Nameless through his Instagram account disclosed that he would stare at his wife’s photo with a smile on his face every night before going to sleep.

The talented musician further revealed that he could not believe that he was in a romantic relationship with Wahu with all her beauty adding that he would have been insecure if there was Instagram during their old days when they were still dating.

“Hii picha ilikuwa inanimaliza nikiwa campo… I would look at it with a smile on my face before I go to sleep…sikuwa na amini huyu ni dame wangu ☺️… thank God there was no IG those days, nigekuwa insecure mbaiyaaa🤣🤣🤣… “I wish I was the slit on your dress, “Nameless wrote.

Nameless and  Wahu’s marriage

The celebrity power couple exchanged vows on September 10, 2005, and have since been blessed with three beautiful three children. Tumiso their firstborn turned 18 years old on August 1, 2024, Nyakio turned 11 years old on August 10, 2024, and Shiru who was born last year in October.

Having started dating during their early 20s while still in campus, the two celebrated their 18th marriage anniversary on September 10, 2023.

The two love birds have been in the spotlight since the late 90s and early 2000s when they debuted in the music industry in the early 2000s walked through their respective musical journeys together and have mastered patience.

The musical couple released their first hit song together in 2021 dubbed ‘Back It Up’. The viral club banger is loved by social media users who have been doing the dance challenge.
