Nana Owiti on having a white wedding
Elsewhere, the mother of two clarified that she would never want to have a white wedding in her life.
She stated that she is not ‘married’ to the idea of a traditional wedding because her parents are not alive.
“I would never want a wedding nor a ruracio. Ruracio for me is tricky because my parents aren’t there. I do not want to drain myself. I am, doing it (come we stay) till I die,” said Nana.
Nana went ahead to say that she has never discussed about getting married with her husband, rapper King Kaka, noting that it is never a big deal to her.
“Compromise is a very big attribute when you are cohabiting. Try living with someone is when you will learn that patience is a virtue. It’s never a conversation we have, I never ask ‘ati tunaenda kwa AG lini?’ This works for us it’s not a big deal,” she said.
Nana Owiti on following King Kaka on social media
As earlier reported on K24 Digital, Nana explained why she has never followed his husband on social media.
In an update on Instagram, she noted that the rapper does not follow her across all her social media platforms.
“For the curious ones that are constantly asking this question. I don’t follow him and he doesn’t follow me. We have never followed each other on these streets. We follow each other to our home and to church,” Nana wrote.
In an interview about a year ago, Nana said they agreed not to follow each other on social media after they once got into an argument over a post.
“When we started the relationship, we were friends on Facebook for a couple of days, and then we would always be like ‘hako kanakucommentia ni kanani hako?’. We were like, ‘you know what by the way, sa nakufollow ya? By the way ujue naku-unfriend leo’
“I told him that and he said, ‘sawa basi’ and it has been like that. I have never followed King, he has never followed me, we don’t follow each other on Instagram. It’s not even a conversation at home,” Nana explained.
