Kenya Power announces scheduled blackout for today

Kenya Power on Friday issued a notice informing Kenyans of a planned power interruption which will affect one county today, Saturday, May 18, 2024.

In their statement on Friday, Kenya Power said the planned interruption which is part of network maintenance will only affect Siaya county.

Areas that will be affected include the Dondi Market and Sigana areas and adjacent customers from 9 am to 5 pm.

“The listed areas will be affected by planned power interruptions tomorrow (18th May, 2024). The interruption is part of network maintenance,” Kenya Power said.
