The 699,745 students who sat the 2019 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination which ended on November 27 are set to know their results today.
CS Magoha: 16 subjects recorded significant improvement. English, Kiswahili, Chemistry and Physics are some of the critical subjects were performance increased this year

Magoha: 125,746 candidates scored the minimum C+ required to qualify for university education.
Magoha: 627 candidates score mean grade A in 2019 KCSE exams, a marked improvement from last years’s exam.

The Kenya National Examination Council (Knec) completed marking the exams on December 12, a process that took two weeks.
During the 2019 KCSE exams results release on Wednesday, Knec chief executive Dr Mercy Karogo said that some 26,580 teachers were involved in the marking of the papers.
A number of candidates, Dr Karogo, said will receive their results after sorting out some registration issues with Knec.
Teachers Service Commission boss, Dr Nancy Macharia, said that 2019 had the least cases of indiscipline cases in the second term.
