Six people have been confirmed dead after an accident in the Duka Moja area along the Kericho – Nakuru highway.
The accident, involving a lorry and a Toyota Probox, occurred after the driver of the Probox tried to overtake a fleet of vehicles, getting into a head-on collision with the lorry.
Six passengers who were in the Probox died on the spot while one was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Police are yet to confirm the number of those injured.
