KQ explains why ‘book flight’ option is missing on their website

Kenya Airways (KQ) has announced that it is experiencing a technical glitch on its website, rendering the ‘book flight’ option temporarily unavailable.

In a statement on Tuesday, April 2, the national carrier expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to customers.

“We regret to inform you that the ‘book flight’ option on our website is currently unavailable due to technical issues,” KQ said.

The airline assured its customers that efforts were underway to rectify the problem swiftly.

“We would like to assure you that we are working diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible.”

Adding;

“We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to restore full functionality to our website.”

Kenya Airways recommended alternative means for booking flights to mitigate the impact of the disruption.

“In the meantime, to assist you with your booking needs, we recommend using our mobile app, which remains fully operational.”

Additionally, customers were encouraged to seek assistance from the customer service team for their booking requirements.

“Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team directly for assistance with your booking.”

“We apologize for the inconvenience,” they stated.
