Content creator Mungai Eve is elated after her new YouTube channel hit 100,000 subscribers in just five days.

The sassy YouTuber took to Instagram to celebrate the new milestone on Thursday, March 7, encouraging her fans to help her make history after her former boyfriend, Director Trevor, fired her unceremoniously and took over their previous channel which had amassed over 700,000 subscribers.

“Thank you so much guys for the love you have shown me. As we speak we’re already at 100K subscribers… Thank you so much for making this possible for us,” Eve said.

“500K soon let’s make history,” she added.

She promised to continue releasing fresh, inspiring, and empowering content to keep her fans glued to their devices.

Mungai Eve starts from scratch

Eve opened her new YouTube account on Friday, March 1 terming her journey as the ‘beginning of a new era’. Her first video on the channel premiered on March 2.

With her new baby, she promised to empower lives, one step at a time.

The acclaimed queen of entertainment content was forced to start from scratch after Director Trevor announced that he had parted ways with her both romantically and professionally.

Director Trevor would later rebrand the channel he created several years ago to Kenya Online Media (KOM).

In a video shared on the revamped ‘Kenya Online Media’ YouTube channel, Director Trevor, through his new reporter, Captain Nyota, came clean on his rocky relationship with Eve.

He revealed that the two parted ways some time back and kept their breakup a secret to protect the Mungai Eve brand.

“We worked together last year while not being in a romantic relationship until February this year when we officially decided to part ways,” Trevor revealed through Nyota.
