Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha is likely to release the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education 2019 exam results soon.
On Monday, education stakeholders were spotted trickling in at the Kenya National Examinations Council headquarters in Nairobi.
A total of 1,088,986 candidates sat the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education exams in October.
KCPE exam marking was completed on Friday.
When Dr Fred Matiang’i — now Interior Cabinet secretary — was appointed the Education boss, the ministry started releasing national examination results earlier than was the trend.
Traditionally, KCPE exams were released right before or after Christmas Day but CS Matiang’i reformed the sector first by eliminating exam-cheating cartels.
