Young rapper Trio Mio dismissed critics who observed that his music star is quickly fading away like a falling meteor.

Commenting on Trio Mio’s Instagram post, some netizens claimed that the rapper’s music was no longer slapping.

One netizen in particular attracted Trio’s attention as they lamented that his music was plummeting to its deathbed.

“This guy’s music is slowly coming down and I hate it. I really thought he would be so great,” G.e.o.o.o_ commented on Trio’s post.

In a quick rejoinder, Trio Mio denied the claim that he is already becoming irrelevant in the music industry.

The rapper went on to highlight his latest achievements musically speaking amid claims his career is on a downward trajectory.

KCSE

Many people expected Trio Mio’s career to blow up after he sat for his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams in 2022 since he no longer had to juggle between his education and music.

Trio refused to publicly reveal the grade he attained in KCSE.

The teen rapper however opened up about his experience sitting for KCSE exams.

He disclosed that his favourite subject was geography, admitting that maths and chemistry gave him the hardest time during KCSE exams.

Trio Mio confessed that he ‘chewed blackout’ during chemistry practical.

Kwanza hio prac (practical), buda nlikua nacheki wasee wanamove nashanga wanaenda wapi bro. Wanamove wanaenda pale hivyo kwa gas, suijui wanadu du nini… bro come on munadu?” Trio Mio said during an interview with Jalang’o.

There was a lot of speculation about the rapper’s grade after Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ezekiel Machogu released KCSE results on January 20, 2023.

Rumours ran rife that Trio Mo attained a mean grade of D in the 2022 KCSE exams.

His KCSE results sparked excitement on social media with some trolling him for his alleged dismal performance.
