Content creator Kelvin Kinuthia sparked a debate on social media about his sexuality after he was seen undergoing vagical waxing at a spa.
Vajacials is a skin-exfoliating procedure performed on the vaginal area of the body to remove dead skin cells to expose lighter and more vibrant skin.
A vajacial treats ingrown hairs, removes dead skin cells, smooths bumps around bikini line, prevents acne, helps with hyperpigmentation, all to maintain healthy and hydrated skin in the vaginal area. [sic]
Since vagical is performed on the vaginal area, only women can undergo the procedure. But Kinuthia underwent the procedure nonetheless.
“Mali ni safi sasa🥰 baby am ready❤️ The night will be long🥰 did my waxing and vagical with the best @jazzy_beautyspa ❤️,” Kinuthia captioned a photo of himself undergoing vagical procedure.
Several netizens wondered if Kinuthia had his male genitals removed since vagical is performed on the vaginal area – meaning only women can undergo the procedure.
Many others just wanted to know Kinuthia’s sexuality.
“Wheh!! Ulikata nini ukatoa?? Ama anawax EXIT?” Former Kiss FM presenter Obinna commented on Kinuthia’s post.
“Mtu anitafutie huyo Dem atuambie kitu tunataka kujua,” YouTuber 2mbili commented.
“Baaaas huyo waxer atuambie jinsia,” Auko Benter commented.
Kinuthia’s sexuality
Kinuthia was born male and only shot to fame for crossdressing in TikTok skits.
The content creator, however, became more inclined to identify as a woman to the extent that his sexuality has even become a subject of discussion.
Speaking in a YouTube interview in February 2022, Kinuthia said people should stop speculating about his sexuality until the time when he will officially announce it.
“Hakuna mtu nishawaiambia about my sexuality. So mpaka vile nitasema but for now let it stay that way na watu waache kujijazia,” he said.
