Musician David Mathenge alias Nameless has disclosed that he underwent a vasectomy.

Nameless who is a proud girl dad of three daughters said he decided to take the ‘family planning’ responsibility after agreeing with his wife they will not be having more children.

Ah, tumefunga, nimeenda vasectomy ….nimeona nitake things into my own hands,” Nameless stated during an interview with Youtuber Vincent Mboya at the launch of Talanta Hela at State House.

The singer says he is contented with his three daughters.

“I think at this time, three girls, I’m happy with that, we are feeling blessed, Shiru anatukeep busy.”

At the same time, the ‘Butterfly’ hit singer slammed critics for asking him to bear a son for his legacy.

The singer stated that it is questionable why people still bank on old misguided beliefs.

I find it very amusing that people can still use that old-school method of thinking. As long as una mtoto ako healthy, you do your best, even if they are not 100 per cent healthy, as a parent you are supposed to guide the child,” he noted.

Nameless is the husband of fellow singer Wahu. The lovebirds got married on September 10, 2005, on Lake Naivasha’s shores nearly eight years after meeting in 1997.

Their three girls are; Tumiso, Nyakio and Shiru born in 2006, 2013, and 2022 respectively.

Congratulations: Nameless, Wahu announce arrival of their baby girl
