President Ruto, who turns 58 today, is also celebrating a personal milestone, his 33rd wedding anniversary with First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto.
Earlier in the day, the First Lady shared a touching message on her X account, expressing her gratitude and admiration for her husband. She described him as a devoted partner and father, calling him a special gift from God to their family.
