Police are looking for a middle-aged woman from Nakuru who fatally slashed her 46-year-old husband on Tuesday afternoon over allegations that he was weak in bed.

The suspect used a panga to slash Harun Mutua in the head and neck in a forest in Kavilla Village, Waseges area in Subukia Sub-County.

The suspect confronted her partner in the woodland where he was making charcoal, and meted out the attack on him.

Witnesses heard the man’s cries of pain, and when they arrived at the scene, the suspect confessed to killing Mutua because he was “weak in bed, but still had the audacity to sleep around with other women”.

After confessing, the woman took off to an unknown destination, area chief Patrick Njung’e told K24 Digital.

As at the time of publishing this story at 4:55pm Tuesday, Mutua’s body was still lying at the murder scene.
