Five suspected burglars arrested in Parklands, Nairobi

A gang of five that has been terrorizing members of the public in Parklands, Nairobi has been nabbed.

According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the suspects have been burglarizing houses in Parklands using hundreds of master keys found in their possession.

Police identified the five suspects as Susan Wambui Njoroge, Kennedy Aluoch, Kilibe Justine, Samson Wanjohi and James Mwangi.

When police raided their hideout, they found over 12 laptops, jewelry, mobile phone chargers, and hard drives.

The raid was carried out by a joint team of Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau detectives based at the DCI Headquarters and a team of sleuths based at the Nairobi Regional DCI.

Police said the suspects will be charged in court.
