4 men arrested over Trump-Epstein projections at Windsor Castle freed
By Sky News, September 18, 2025Four men arrested after images of Donald Trump with Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto Windsor Castle have been released on bail.
A 60-year-old from East Sussex, a 37-year-old from Kent, a 36-year-old from London, and a 50-year-old from London were detained on Tuesday night.

Thames Valley Police said the men had now been bailed until 12 December while they investigate “possible offences including malicious communications and public nuisance”.
The huge pictures were beamed from a nearby hotel, and the nine-minute film included several pictures showing the US president with Epstein.
Mr Trump has been in the spotlight again recently over his links to the paedophile, with claims he contributed to a 50th birthday book for Epstein, who died in 2019.
He said the note, surrounded by an outline of a woman’s body, was not created by him and carries a fake signature.
Political campaign group Led By Donkeys said the projection was a “peaceful protest” and called the arrests a “ridiculous overreaction”.
A spokesperson said the group had done “25 or 30 projections” before and never had any members detained by police.
“I think they’ve been arrested for embarrassing Donald Trump,” they added.
Mr Trump’s state visit has been carefully planned to avoid contact with the public and potential embarrassing protests.
The trip concludes today with a meeting at the prime minister’s Buckinghamshire country estate, Chequers.
It follows last night’s lavish state banquet at Windsor Castle in which the King and Mr Trump delivered speeches celebrating the US and UK’s special relationship.
The US president is currently meeting with Prime Minister of the UK as his state visit enters day two.
